68 Vette hubcaps
I had gone to a local guys garage to look at some parts he had.Hanging on the wall were 4 original Corvette hubcaps, the turbine style ones. They seemed to be in decent, but not show car shape.I passed on buying them at $200,but now I'm wondering if I did the right thing?

$200 is a fair price, super nice to mint ones can go anywhere from $400-$800 to NOS sets up to $1200. I got 5 at Corvettes@Carlisle 5 years ago for $125. They are in very good shape, not show, but not far from it.

Re: 68 Vette hubcaps (Paul Borowski)
Well,if anyone is seriously interested in a set,I can go take some pics for them, its not likely I'll have a 68 anytime soon.Just getting the 78 back on its feet is project enough :jester

If they are the "correct" Corvette ones, NOT the Monte Carlo ones with the flat caps, they are "correct" as an optional hubcap for '68-'73 Corvettes :yesnod:
