Setting up a holley carb
I cant get my 4175 to idle below 1050RPM. what can i do? also where can i get some specs for the floats and stuff, i checked in my holley books and on the net and couldnt come up with anything.

Make certain that you don't have any vacuum leaks. It only takes a small one to screw things up and C3's have about a million places to have them.

Do you mean it won't go below that or that it runs bad if below that?

Plugged idle circuit or secondary throttle plate angle incorrectly set.
