Guess what i just found in my shed
A Holley 4175. I asked my dad about it and he said it came with his 77 camaro from back in 1982. I took it apart to see what kind of condition it is in and inside it was beautiful, looks like it has been rebuilt and never used. the only problem is that i have a leak on the fuel rail between the two bowls and that there is nothing to operate the choke.
Just wondering if this would be a better choice for me to use instead of my carter and if it will help me to pass emmissions easier.

:iagree:
I've found from previous experience that the fuel bowl gaskets in Holleys that sit around for a long period of time with no fuel in them, dry and shrink and then the fuel bowl starts to leak when you go to use them again. It wouldn't be a surprize if the o-rings do the same. I agree. Rebuild it. The O-rings and bowl gaskets will be in the kit.
