350 Q-Jet on my 454 question.
Just used the corvette black book to look up the number of my carb. My 454 has a 350 carb. on it.
Question if anyone knows is, can I re-jet and rod it to the factory spects for the 454 or is there something more different between the two carb bodies.
I have been trying to tune it using Lars's instructions for tuning without much luck. Last night I finally got the idle adjustment screws to respond in the slighest way then crossed the numbers and found the carb was for a 350.
I could use any help and comments
Thanks

I'm not Lars, but I have met him. Is that like staying at a Holiday Inn Express?
Anyhow, I'm pretty sure the answer is yes. The QJet is a very versatile carb! :yesnod:

The 73's BB I believe came with 77 jets and 50 rods for stock. However, what seems to be a good setup are jets of 75-76 and rods of 43. This will get you close for a BB and not waste time looking.
