Maybe A Ridiculous Tire Question
So, car set in paint/body shop for four months. Lots of dust. It had to be moved around frequently and sometimes was outside during the day, but always moved inside at night for security purposes. The outside lot was a dust bowl.
The tires where the rubber meets the road are just plain nasty. I was able to get the tires clean on the outside, but how to clean the thread area that has a real dusty look?

Take tires off car and use Bleach White spray and a strong nylon scrub brush and that will get your dirt out of the treads if driving doesnt work.
Major PITA though. Rinse thoroughly.
