Default ? about ignition/dimmer switch on column.

Bolting the column back in I noticed two screws for the switches that hold the dimmer and ignition switch on. One has a double sided bolt with a nut on the end. It is the back bolt/screw that holds the switches. What bolts to it?

The double is there so that you can place and adjust the ign. switch first and then adjust the dimmer switch.
