Default New ride for daily driver not C3 but Vette.

It 's a base 96 LT1 not a 6sp, no sport seats and i don't think it got F45 suspension or FX3 ( need to look into it). High mileage but very clean and well kept. I like the 6sp but not for a comute car. It rides very tight alitle too firm for everyday other than that i like it very much , after all the money i put in the 69 this 96 is way too much car for the money. I hope it going to last me for a while b/f i got the money for the 2k vette.
Just want to share a happy feeling.

Nice Car:cool:

I bought my C4 as an alternate daily driver. When I can take it out (i.e. not snowing) and I don't have to carry more than one person, it makes for a great ride.

Enjoy it.

Nice choice for a daily driver. I have really enjoyed my 94 this past year as my daily driver. Funny thing is some people think you are rich driving a vette every day. Then you tell them what you paid for it, what it cost for insurance, and what kind of MPG you get and then they feel like crap for buying that new SUV or truck.

Sharp looking car! Looks like you have the base suspension, not FX3.

Very nice looking car. It looks like it was very well taken care of. I agree about people blowing their money on SUV's when they could have something like a Vette for far less money.

That is so true , every one at work asked me about the MPG and they all really surprised like almost unbelieve about C4 & C5 gas mileage. The average MPG i got from 96 vette is the same with my v6 Dodge.

The previous owner just replaced with bilstein shocks and the car rides alitle too firm for me.How can you tell if it got a base suspension? Thanks

Check the RPO codes, they should be located under the center console.
