Left light pops up and down and soon and you hit the switch. Right one pops up slow but closes quickly like the left one when I turn lights off...Thought I would ask before I spend 4 hrs troubleshooting...Bad vacuum relay or vacuum actuator

Usually, it is the shaft seal on the actuator that causes that problem. Reasonably cheap & easy fix.
