I asked about this a couple of weeks ago. I went a picked them up yesterday. They look fantastic IMO. I can now finish up my seats. Here are a couple of pics. The guy and his wife do fantastic work. Part of my N.ot C.orrectly R.estored S.tingray

Hey Eddie, those look slick. What color seat covers will you be using with them? If you don't mind me asking, how much $$ was it to have them powder coated? I just had a set from the original '69 seats rechromed, and I'm real pleased with how they turned out.

I agree, and it's much longer lasting than paint.

Shannon, I had it done by one of the guys in my corvette club. He did it for me at a highly discounted rate. ;) But if you would like I can find out from him what it would take to get it done. I had them done in gloss. The only thing is, I had to wait until he was spraying my color. They were only gone about 1 week total though.

off topic but I see the corvette game in one of the pics too. I just bought that the other day. All in all it's not that great but it's AWESOME that a game with all corvettes was made. Everytime I play need for speed I wish they had some old cars, especially a vette. When I saw the corvette game in walmart and that it was only 20 bucks I had to get it. anyway, I need to stop buying everything I see having to do with corvettes and just get actual parts FOR mine. it's an addiction

But rechroming is not cheap. Believe me!

I duuno where yours were rechromed Paul, nor how much you paid. I just had a set of 4 done about a year ago, and paid $25 each to have them chromed.
