managed to fit a 12" sub in back
i managed to fit a 12" sub in the back of my 69 vert along with the already existant 6x9s i had in there..... WOW a sub in there just makes it sound SO much better, and with my bestbuy discount, it only cost me $130 for everything  anybody else got a sweet system hooked up in there classic vette? i do installs for a part time living(im actually a student as of now)

Just finished hooking up my new system: Two round 6x9's in the dash, two specially mounted tweeters in the kick panels and a ten inch sub in the back.
I mounted the head unit, the amp and all the wires on a board and hung it off the ridge in the body panels in the back (got the idea off the internet...will try and get some pictures soon...).
Once I figured out what radio stations were what it is great to just point the remote over my shoulder and change the station and it is easy enough to turn around at a stop light to load a CD...I am happy and at the same time it kept the dash looking original!!!
