Its behind the switch.

I had mine out last week. You need to at least lift the dash, if not remove it.

1. Remove windscreen header.
2. Remove pillar post pads
3. Unscrew dash and lft up - carefully
4. Push headlight switch button release (spring loaded button on switch) and pull the headlight switch **** and shaft stright out towards you.
5. Unscrew nut holding on the switch to the dash (on the outside)
6. Push switch back, disconneect vacumm lines and electrical plug. Tie vaccumm lines where you can get to them.
Reverse for installation.

Longest time will be the dash and pads, rest is easy.

My headlights work fine I am just blowing my tail light and instrument lights. Is there a regulator that powers the taillights?

Sounds like you have a dead short. Check your grounds at the dash and left rear of the car by the antenna.
