Default Holley 3310 - lean idle condition

Ok, it seems I've done it again. My carb is out of whack to the point it's really hard to start. I have to pump the pedal several times to get the engine to start running like there's not enough gas.

Would this be the 'mixture' screws ?!? .....Also, there's a slight hesitation in the gas pedal during initial acceleration.....which goes away and then it's fine until W.O.T.

Also, it's a little difficult starting out in 1st gear (you have to rev it to about 1500-2000rpm before releasing the clutch). It's acting like there's a high lift cam but I'm bone stock.
