Shiny'd up and ready for a trip **DIALUP BEWARE!**
It's a GORGOUS SAN DIEGO DAY!! and the wife and I are ready for a trip to them thar hills in the Vette. After polishing her up (Vette, not wife!) I took some shots of her in our new driveway and garage! You can see our new monte carlo in the backgrnd.

BTW did u get yur stroker though smog at least once with the performance cam? Just curious how much cam we can legally get away with. U posted ur cam specs before but I forgot.
I plan to keep all my smog parts in storage just in case the state politicians need someone/group to setp on again. :eek:

Yea, Cardo the car passes fine with my cam. In fact I have the smog readings right here!
15MPH HC's allowable is 194 PPM and I measured 30
25MPH HC's allowable is 161 PPM and I measured 26
For CO the 15MPH Max is 1.26% and I measured 0.20
For CO the 25MPH Max is 1.06% and I measured 0.21
For NO the 15MPH Max is 1286PPM and I measured 773
For NO the 25MPH Max is 1146PPM and I measured 680
The Cam I am using is a Crane Powermax Hydraulic coupled with 1.6 roller rockers.
Cam specs .454 Intake lift and .480 exhaust with 272/284 duration but of course that is at a 1.5 rocker ratio so the numbers do go up from there a bit. The only reason I put in the stall convertor was to get a better hole shot - the car idles just fine.
