Put the wheels on, the battery in, changed the oil and added a quart of Lucas oil treatment and then went for a nice ride. She started right up, smoked a little from the fogging oil I used last fall.
Was a great day. Tempature was about 65, sun was in and out and vette ran great. Listened to some Doo-Wop :cool: I always love the first ride in spring time. :thumbs:

Took the t tops off mine and went for a ride. but I drive it all year anyway. Its nice having the tops off though :thumbs:

I went yesterday with the top down. Nice cruising on the highway at 2300 rpm at 70 mph. The Tremec trans is working out real good.

I remember the first time I met you at Etown. I was running the 4.11s then. Cruising up there at 3600 rpm at around 65mph. It took me 1 tank of fuel to get there and back and make 3 runs. It should be a lot different now.
As far as California, I would need some better seats. After about 1 hour the old back starts aching some.

I took mine out the other night. Had the tops off, heater on. The skies opened up and rain poured down, but only one drop hit me. Otherwise, the rain blew right over. It was awesome.
