Default Off road exhaust

I have the Hooker side pipes- I think- the large chrome pipes. The car has been sitting since 89 I think there rotted out. Are there replacement mufflers for the insides? I don`t want the loud ones, are they still avaliable and how much and are they? I can see how they come apart ,is it a big deal changing them? :chevy

You can replace the mufflers, Im not sure how much it is though. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=777032 Here is a good suggestion for getting the sidepipes apart.
