Default Door lock replacement, any tips?

I need to replace the doorlocks on the 79, any tips/tools/advice out there? It looks like my three year old could probably get his hand in there quite easily. Myself, I think I need to dislocate my shoulder and break my wrist to get in there!!!
All help appreciated!

You need to remove the anti theft cover. That is easy once you have the door open. That really adds some room. Then you only loose some of the skin on your hands HE He he he.

I have found the easiest way to get the clip off of the locks is with a long pry bar. Ease it out by wiggling it a little at the top and then the bottom with the bar. To reinstall I get it started by hand and then again ease it on with a pry bar. Good Luck, Craig

Trying to figure out how to remove impossible to reach parts is half the fun of vette ownership. :banghead:
