How hard is it to---
My body isnīt centered on the frame....
someone in the past have taken the body of but havenīt centered it
is it possible to just lose the bodymounts a little and slide the body alittle to the side?

Yes, but just loosening the body is a chore. Probably the rear bolts on both sides will be frozen and one or both at the kickup will be frozen. Even if you got all those to cooperate, the front end is bonded to the body and it will probably not want to pivot like you need it to. So IMHO the answer is yes you can, but you won't want to.
