Just found out I have a last minute business trip to Seattle this thursday... I get out of the business meeting at about 5PM or so and have nothing planned after that. If anyone in the area wants to meet up and BS some about Vettes, let me know.

Anywhere near Lynnwood/Alderwood Mall area? Let me know! I really don't know too much about that area (other than direct trips) so I wouldn't be much help for directions. :lol:

Sorry!! I wouldn't trust myself that far! I detest driving up here!! I had fewer problems when I was in San Diego by comparison. There are lots of members up here though... did you post in the Regional area?

mann.. I wouldn't mind taking a forum member around to show the town. However as for the last 3 years now my vett still sits in the same spot.
and my daily driver isn;t much of a shiny nickel either. Other than that, my idea of going around town is to hit all the clubs :) being 22 is what thats all about. So what kind of business brings you up here? anything associated with Boeing?

If he is going to Redmond, I would think he is doing something with Microsoft or Genie Lift since they are in the Redmond/Bellvue area. I use to live in Redmond off of 520 on 148th Court when I worked in Woodinville for Mackie Designs. Seems like all the Boeing stuff was in Everett or Kent as I remember. I sure miss being able to get Alaskan Amber, just can't get it in Texas!

Boeing would be cool, but alas, it is much more mundane than that. I'm meeting with T-Mobile to help them start up new features on their pre-paid system.

Damm, Sound like a good time meet a few forum members, unfortunately Thursday is a bad time for me. I live 50 miles south of Seattle and I can't get away Thursday. I agree Congestion will be a terrible in Seattle.

Too bad you won't be here for the weekend. I am up on Whidbey so it is an easy 2 hr drive to Redmond. Plus, the Vette is in the shop or an extended period. :sad:

I'm in Seattle this week, too! I'm staying downtown on the corner of 1st and Madison. I'd like to meet you on Thursday, but I'm supposed to be going out with the group from work. If things fall through, or wrap up early, I'll give you a call on your cell phone. Lots of brew pubs to hang out in!
