Default 1971 LT-1 vacuum leak

Somewhere behind the firewall I have a vacuum leak.
While tracing tubing I noticed a rubber vacuum tube from the
heat/defrost switch to a small copper pipe headed back along
the tunnel. Anyone know what this is?

It sounds like the vacuum for the astro vents in the back deck.
