Re: Front Sway Bar Question (gr8t73)
If you found a 67 with a 1 1/8 bar it is not original. You can get a 1 1/8 bar from a late C3 that will bolt on to your 73 (probably about $25). Just about everyone sells 1 1/8 bushings.

Re: Front Sway Bar Question (BBShark)
The sway bar appears to be a GM piece the owner swears he removed from his big block 67, so maybe this is a later C3 piece someone installed on the 67. Is that possible if so it should bolt on to my 73, or am I missing something. :steering: :steering:

In 1967 the base stabilizer bar was 3/4", BBs 7/8" and either equipped with the F41 option (special suspension package) was 15/16". Having said that I do not see why the 1 1/8" bar should not fit on your car.
