$500 - $700.
To repair a spiderweb, the hood has to be sanded down to base material. If it's bad, the cracking needs to be ground out. Hood then has to be repaired, fill-primed and blocked back and completely refinished. It's a ton of work to do it right, and I don't know anyone who would warranty the repair.

Thanks Lars - So that is a "worst case" scenario Im sure!
If the rest of the paint was in good shape and fairly new, even $700 may just be worth it!! :)

Nothing is cheap these days.
You catch the air cleaner mounting hardware ?
You could maybe reduce the $$ if your willing to go with a satrpe.
