Question for those who've replaced BB oil pan
GM part 14091356 is current replacement pan for BB. The local suppliers can't tell me if the drain plug is in the rear of the pan or on the side. Anyone know for certain? Thanks in advance. :seeya

Should be in the rear. I bought a pan from the dealer about 2 years ago and it's in the rear.

Might not be the actual pan pictured but you can see the plug to the front side:

Never mind, I see that saem pic used on a diff pan jsut above it so it is prolly just a stock pic they use for all their bb pans.

Bought one two months ago & the plug is in the rear. Just closed up the box & shipped the old pan othewise I could double check the part #. The GM pan includes the windage tray.
