Re: Hardtop Mounting Help (Jack71)
Think I'm looking for this...

Right now I just have the pins on the hardtop. I want to add the side bolts for some added security.

Looks like it. But I never really worried about bolting the sides. To me it just makes it harder to remove. Also it is very easy to crack the deck lid at the mounting point, since the fiberglass is not very thick at that point. Good Luck

The first one is a no. 2nd one is a go. Someone at one point has broken the stud off in the side mounts on mine so I have got to replace that also. Thanks for the link, I may just have to order me one up.

Re: Hardtop Mounting Help (Ed T)
I installed a hard top on my 75 a couple of months ago. the 1st pic is for the rear center ,you only need one bolt set. I saved the other for a spare, the second pic is for the side bolt holes. I also purchased a set of bolts and retainers from eighter ecklers or corvette central?, its for the rear two bolts , its a square washer with little flips on the side to hold it in place,.... I installed all bolts and had to do a little bit of alighning on the front top pins but the new top fits great. also by having all the corect bolts in place you can have the top bolted inplace and raise the rear deck lid all as one unit.... (the tops to heave to stay up without holding it up though)... :seeya
