Taijutsu

I'm not sure if I have the correct brackets for my 74 w/AC. The bracket that Holds the AC fits good. The problem is the bracket bolted to EX Manifold. The manifold bracket is about 1" shorter than the AC bracket. It was bolted up w/2 seprate bolts. That left a 1" space between Man bracket and AC bracket. It looks like it should use 1 long bolt w/spacer. Summer is coming and I want to do this right! 1 long bolt or 2 short bolts? Spacer/sleeve in between brackets or not? TIA
