69 Point Dist. how should i finish?
going threw dist. need to know how to finish, (raw casting or paint etc) so i don't ruin for a restore part ??? thanks

so i'm OK to clean-up housing on a "brass" wire-wheel and give it a light coat
of semi-gloss clear to keep it from oxidizing??

I just tried some Blue Majic on my grungy alternator. Works on any metal better than any cleaner and cheap too (Pep Boys sells it). Cleans to a factory new finish and no brush, wire marks nor even sand blast finish. Just looks factory new.
Applied and scrubbed it in with tooth brush (old) until blue paste turns gray then just wiped it off. :thumbs:

i thought that was a wax :crazy: if it is a cleaner/wax it will leave a coating
for it's shelf time :thumbs:
