Go to where you have the pic hosted and right click on the pic and copy the test to right of where it says properties, then go back to you orig post and delete what is there by pressing edit and then deleting, then click on the botton that says 'Image' and paste between the brackets like this
img]what you copied[/img
you will have [ and ] at the ends.

Are you going to picture itself then with the pointer over it right clicking on the on it? Plus it seems you are putting the url] [/url brackets around it which you don't need, that is why it is showing up as a clickable link.
here is what my sig pic looks like without the img brackets:
img]http://images.cardomain.com/member_images/2/web/434000-434999/434723_1_full.jpg[/img
Notice the .jpg at the end, that is what your needs too, looks like you are coping the actual page info from the address bar or not having the pointer over the pic when you right click.

It may be that hp does not allow remote linking. Every time I paste the link you have above it asks me for a password.

Re: photo test 1973 convertible (Eddie 70)
Thanks for all your help. I have posted many pics on the net and it has never been this complicated. I'm giving up. Everyone knows what a 1973 Corvette looks like anyway.

I have an account with that service so maybe I can help.
Go to your pic service, select a picture to post by checking it. To the right select "Create link for auction".
Next click on (radio button) "Large", for image size. To the right click on highlight text. Right click on this highlighted text (url) and select copy.
Then come here & post a reply.
Select image button below reply window, right click between [img] that appears and select paste. Your pic's url should now be between the img/img and your pic should appear when post is selected. Give it a try.
