One of my passenger t's it high in the middle corner. It does not have any shims under the post. The weatherstripping is new, so I'm I just screwed or can I adjust the female plug also.
Oh I forgot Thanks Paci

You can adjust the bayonet receptacle down if need be but not very much, at least not with the existing screws as they just are not very long. I dropped mine on my passenger side of my '80 by a couple of washer widths or so using the factory screws. I too, am battling all sorts of weirdness after replacing my disintergrated T-top weatherstripping so I know how you feel.

Re: T-Top adjustment ? (John65,80)
I feel your pain. My passenger side came out fairly well but the driver side is giving me hell. It seems like the window won't quite reach the weatherstripping in the corner where the latch is. What is very odd about all this is that the T-tops are now sitting lower than they ever have before and the window is adjusted to go up as high it possibly can. It was all good before I started down this road of weatherstip replacement, though the stripping was in bad need of replacement.
