Doubtful. Some of the lines run on top of the rail with little if any room between the frame and body to get your tools in there to remove the clips/ bolts.

Most people say no. I have seen a few posts where the people said they did it - took a lot of patience, but they did it. I need to replace my fuel line this spring, and I am going to try to do it without lifting the body. My son and I did all the brake lines in stainless without kinks or splices and we didn't liift the body.

If your not worried about correctness I think the best way to approch this with the body on is to run steel braded line for the fuel and rubber for the vent (if you have it). I think the cost would be about the same.
