Default Bracket Paint

While the engine is out of my car I am going to paint all brackets, pulleys, power steering pump and fan. What is the best paint for this application. The paint will be applied with a spray gun not a can. I am concerned with the paint chipping when the brackets are bolted on or the accessories adjusted. Is a regular automotive single stage urethane enamal ok for this application. Any suggestions

If you opt not to powder coat use a washer where the bolt head rests.
or use the paint VERY thin and put a dash of greese in this area prior to installing to help keep the paint from mushing out under the torque of the bolts.
