It looks like a regular B&M blower but the side draft carbs is the trick part.....

Those carbs probably didn't work that well because I'm pretty sure Holly (bought out B&M) doesn't make them anymore - either that or they just were not selling any. I actually saw something like that not that long ago but it was mounted on a dual-blower. It was at a swap meet and had that kind of a carb setup on it - the guy was pretty proud of it I thougt he wanted $3500.
