Something is missing from my front end. Know what?
I started taking off the grilles today, and found that the suttort brackets are only secured at the top, and the bottoms are dangling. Looks like some sort of support is missing? Im not sure what though...

The brackets are rivited. Appears previous owners must have replaced the lower valance panel and omitted riviting the support brackets

So its just riveted. hmm.....thanks...
Spaking of replacing the valence panel, I gotta do that too. its all busted up...

dry fit the valance panel with the chrome in place, then apply the bonding compound.

Actually they are bolted, not riveted.
