In my 78 I noticed the other day that the courtesy light down under drivers side dash by break pedal is just hanging by the wires. Where does this snap back in place at? I just can't seem to see where it might go. Also my cruise doesn't always work, is their a switch controlled by break pedal that controls the cruise? thanks

I have the same hanging down light in my '78 also. I cannot find a place where it should go. :crazy:

There should be a thin metal bracket with a round hole through which the wires and bulb socket pass. The plastic socket should "snap" into the round hole of that clip.

The bracket and lamp are all togather, I just can't see where to put it back.Their is a set of plastic clips on bracket but where does it go??

There is a metal bracket on the passenger side, and I don't even see where the bracket should go on the drivers side. :crazy:
