Good morning,

I have a 76 L-82 with slightly out of round tires on slightly out of round ralleye wheels. I dont want to put new tires on square wheels. For almost a year I have been looking for ANY wheel that will fit on this. No web site or local wheel dealer can help. Does anyone know of a wheel, other than the stock ralleye wheel, that will fit on a '76? ANY information on this will be greately appreciated!

If you are thinking of a stock look, I'm quite sure the 76 came with the aluminum slotted wheel not the rallye.

Take a look around the forum, I'm sure you'll see what I'm talking about. And, go to the C3 for sale section. Maybe you can pick some up in there.

Thanks Mid-west! btw, Im a hoosier too and was just in Indy last weekend! As for the wheels I thought they were the rallye wheel. They are a painted wheel(silver-gray) with the chrome rims and center cap. Stock look is OK but just thought I would upgrade to an alloy or even nice chrome if I can find them. I'll keep looking!

For '76, stock was rallye, option was aluminum.
