Default dash is back in...WOO HOO! and how i fixed "the gap"

well tonight i finally put the dash back in...i think the rest of the interior will go together pretty quickly now...below is a pic...
also when i reinstalled the ductwork i repaired the 1/2" gap in the defog duct with Reflectex, spray adhesive and a couple of giant zip ties...
it worked great!
i took the pix below before trimming the extra zip ties off to better show what i did...

It really is looking great.
When I first saw your car at Oldtowne last year, I thought your interior looked fantastic then.....Can't wait to see it again in person after all your hard work.

What exactly did you put down as insulation. It looks like Reflextex on top of the factory padding.

Mine is torn down too. I plan to fix some cracks and re-dye the dash as well. All the duct work is getting sealed up tights, I have a new 140 MPH speedo going in, got my tach re-lubed and calibrated and got brand new crystal clear lenses all from Redline Gage. All new bulbs in the dash areas as well. I am putting the refletex sound/heat barrier down too. I hope for a quieter, cooler C3 when I am all done.
