New brakes for c3
Where do I look to buy new parts for my brake system on my 73? I don't want original replacement stuff, i'm actually looking to buy more modern type equipment. Rotors, calipers, master cylinder. Do they make calipers for a c3 that say corvette on them? Or any good looking caliper for that matter that easily fits on the c3 without modding anything?

SSBC has Force 10 aluminum calipers that look different but dont offer any braking performance upgrade other than less weight. They bolt right up.
You can get slotted or cross drill rotors from any of the catalog houses along with Hawk or Greenstuff type performance pads.
You can put SS braided flex hoses on for improved solid pedal feel.
Thats all I know without going into serious mods.

The best possible bolt on you can do for C3 brakes is the installation of a hydraboost system. Check out http://www.hydroboost.com
