I have thought of making something like that many times....but it's a lot of work....there are commercial bulb replacements out there that do the same thing, but they don't have the candlepower to do a DOT test.....the things I would make could though...easy...but they be large and full of LEDs that make it really hard to lay out and solder up to be vibration proof, not to mention cost.....

I have a set installed form Stylin Concepts. They are a direct replacement for the stock bulbs, so you have stock looking lights wit LED's behind the lenses. I like them a lot - the only issue is that they don't light up the led on the shift console very brightly - no big deal.

Hey Mike,

I thought that car looked familiar. :D Some more pictures were added during a wasted weekend of playing with different units. Dial-up beware there's a bunch of graphics.

Hey-how's that for free advertising? I have your page on my favorites. Imay do that LED swap someday.
