Heres' the drivers side -- best I can tell the lowest bracket for the power steering pump is like al others I've seen (small or big block) --- Eckler's has a pretty good pic of the A/C side --- looks like three brackets there. http://images.cardomain.com/member_i...9/416624_3.jpg
I have one of the number 2's on ebay even as we speak: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ADME:B:LC:MT:1
Other short waterpump brackets might work -- but you have to be carefull due to lack of space

If you go to page 2 http://www.cardomain.com/id/bigblockvette you will see brackets required. You will also need a short snout PS pump, short snout water pump, and BB pullies pre 74. Can email u more pics of brackets as motor is out of car.

Re: BB accessory brackets. What do I need? (C3 - 81)
Thanks for the info guys. Here are a couple more questions.
1. Why the need for the short wtr pump? Is it because of the fan and shroud?
2. I am going to be running dual electric fans aluminum radiator and no shroud. Do I still need the short WP?
3. Does anyone have a complete pulley swap kit for changing from sb to bb?
Thanks
Wade

Paragon Corvette here in Michigan and Corvette central both have all that you need to keep it original. I got mine from Paragon, the kit had the brackets for PS, Alt, about $200 bucks, not cheep but correct GM parts. When we built my motor the engine shop used a long style pump, not a problem because I went with twin Spal fans. If you want to use the stock fan you have to go with the short pump. Not much room in front of the motor if you go with the long pump! Check on the web for Corvette Central and Paragon, both good places to work with, they will have what you need. Good luck, Big blocks ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS I think one of the web sites is http://www.corvette-paragon.com ?

Ratman,
Thanks for the info. Since I am going with the dual spals I should be able to use my sb PS pump with a long water pump correct?
Thanks

Rat,
Are you still looking for the AC Brackets for a big block. I have the original setup from my 70. Uses the long style compressor. I'll sell, but I'm not giving them away.
