Lame username
So I know my username is pretty weak, but I intended to temporarily use this until I came up with a new one. It seems that I am now stuck with it, so my apologies. Along those lines, my lame id is also on CarDomain.com, so anyone interested in viewing my Vette can go to http://www.cardomain.com/id/dcummings1998
By the way, the bra is off, which exposes the chip in the paint but, I feel, makes the car look better. Also, I will update that page soon.

That is a nice one for sure! I agree with you regarding the bra. BTW, the mods will probably change your User Name if you ask them.

Don't appologize, I prefer them without a bra.

Man don't ever think your name is weak. It's the strongest thing you've got. :yesnod: Welcome to the forum. Car looks good even with the bra. Let us know when you post new pictures of it.

Is the chip in the bumber? How bad is your bumber? Mine is junk so I cut the bra to fit the the nose and then took the velcro from around the lights covers and glued it to the bumber and sewed it along the edge of the bra so now I have a mini bra that looks WAY better than the full bra. It has held great so far, 2 years, and will last till I am ready for a full repaint.

The bra is purely asthetic. I have to debate what is worse- a big flaw in an otherwise clean paint job (well, clean in pictures and from afar- the seams, edges and door jambs are tell-tale signs of an inexpensive paint job) or a big black bra that is not only a look more suitable for a Mazda Miata but also is a pain when the sun goes down. Like my women, I like the Corvette to be braless.

The chip is to the right of the Corvette emblem when you are looking at it nose-on. I will get a photo of it on the site soon. By the way, I was obviously being a smart-butt with that poll. Although those are two of my favorite movies, they were not Hollywood blockbusters- they were world-wide blockbusters.

Thanks for the votes of confidence. I wanted a few different names if they weren't taken, but it's too late, I guess. By the way, any replies to my previous post (a few questions from a rookie) would be greatly appreciated. I am having a few issues I must deal with now that Oregon is Oregon again.

Pretty nice looking 79. Welcome to the forum. Like someone said above, you can email one of the moderators of the forum and they will change your user name for you.

How do I find the moderator and their email? I am new to forums entirely.
One will pop in. By the way... the object is to attempt to get your user rating to *0* before anyone else does. Kind of a game! :p:

Man he's not only pulling your leg, he's about to break it off and beat you with bloddy end of it.
Good thing is the mod's will probably notice that you're new and figure one of us put you up to it. A mod will most likely view this thread shortly and reply.

Re: Lame username (Corvette_fetish)
In what sense? The payments and insurance and gas aren't too kind, but you have to pay the price to drive something you really like as opposed to a generic, newer economical car.
