Default What's Broken in the Forum???

About 50% of the time I can not log on. Get "can't connect with the server" errors. Last night I had to give up. Each post I went into was giving me an error "ZeroForum Error".

Is this being addressed?

I think its all this new server switch thing.

I had to clear all my cookies / cache to gain access again.

There are replies that I made to topics that are gone, and even entire topics missing.

Over the past two days I've been getting the following message when I tried to logon:

"Can't Connect to Database: Access denied for user: 'forum_user@63.208.139.65' (Using password: YES).

What ever that means.

Obviously I didn't get it this time because here I am :D :D

Everything seems to be working fine this afternoon for me. I did clean all my cookies, clear my history yesterday and relog in too. I don't know if that made any difference or not.

Having this kind of web site kinda suits us don't it? Got to work on it before you get anywhere. Must be an old Vette at heart also.

Yep, some threads were lost during the migration to the old server, but that is to be expected....these migrations never go smooth. Hang tight, when the dust settles, big block server will be driving the forum..... :D and EVERYBODY will be happy

Keep up the excellent work.
This is the best source of information I have found and hope it keeps going for a long time.
Have to say when I got my vette labor day last, didn't realize how many rebuild questions there would be. Now whenever there is a question, first I check the archive for clues and have not been disappointed yet.
Thanks

I don't know about the rest of you, but I was was just *that* close to my forum avatar and then this happens! Jesh! Now I'm 8900+ posts short. I demand a recount!

Okay.... :bs

Everything seems to be working well tonight.

It sounded like a plausible story Dawg. Things are being lost, so why not 8900 posts?

By the way.... anyone else get the message... "too many users online" today? And really buggy tonight. Hopefully Troy did not contract our IT group to host this site. Kiss it goodbye if so.
