Default Protect-O-Plate question

I have two blank original NOS 1965-1972 Chevrolet Corvette Protect-O-Plates as manufactured by the Addressograph Company. I would like to have them embossed with pertinent data for my 1970 coupe. Does anyone know a person or company that would have the equipment/capability to do this?

How did you come across those and how do you know they are original?

I think there was some talk about this on the NCRS site about a week ago.
