Can a Kwiklift be used for a Body Dolly?
(Also posted in C2, sorry, but the same applies to a C3 and thought there might be some good suggestions/opinions here).
I am getting ready to remove the body off my 63. Rather than build a body dolly, I was wondering if the body can sit right on my Kwiklift. I've got both the casters and center bridges for it so I can provide additional support in the middle as well as roll it around. Even roll it out in the driveway and cover the body while I am working on the chassis.
Can the body sit flat on something like this? I would think I would have to provide support from underneath more to the inside of where the framerails would be as opposed to the edge all around, but that shouldn't be that bad. I could put some 4x4 blocks underneat all around.
Yea or neah?
