:seeya Welcome. From what I have seen, $200-300 to rebuild yours or replace it with a used one, plus shipping and remove and install labor.
I may have a used one for sale.

I paid 2200 the first time and 2000 the second time, that's having my shop do it.
If you can do it yourself, it'll be a lot cheaper :yesnod:

I paid $500 CDN to have mine rebuilt, including all bearings, seals, gaskets, and clutch pack. If you remove it yourself, it saves a lot of money.
I read up on rebuilding it myself, and thought it was too big of a job for an amateur like me. :D

I think your crossmember is a little different than my '77s, but but I'm not sure that it would make any difference in cost.
So, FWIW...
The local auto shop I use charged ~$250 for removal & reinstall, which I was thrilled with :D
The rebuild cost ~$350.

Welcome aboard!
Replacing isn't bad. Find a used rearend~ 400-500 CA and do it.
To have it done is another question. proabaly 5-10 hours in labour alone.
Easy job to remove and replace, get someone else to rebuild, should cost no more than a $700 to do(replaccing gears and bearings+ setup)
