It would depend on what size motor you put it in. Something around 350ci I would say around 1400-1500 to a little over 5000RPM. In something around 400ci I would say about 1000 to 4600. A 383 would be something in between.

Thats high duration for relitivly lower lift. My guess would be 3000-7000rpm on the power range. Most cams with that much duration have much higher lift. That cam is a fish out of water. In terms of street use anyway.

I disagree. With that much lobe seperation there will be very little overlap even with the high duration numbers. With low overlap and a 106 lobe center the motor will come on right away for low end torque. With low lift numbers/ long duration it tell me the it will be a very gentle ramp acceleration which will work well with a stock cylinder head. It would never pull to 7000 RPM. You have to look at more than the duration numbers.
