The recivers arent as hard to find as you would think, from my experiences in junkyard searches for those belts alot of the rear belts were slashed. IM guessing since they lock if the car is uneven, which i bet they mostly were, they would ahve to slash the belts to get the people out or its just common pratice w/ emergency response. That means there are a number of good recivers around.

You are probably better off not getting the F-Body receivers. They are pretty short, the belts themselves will hook up to a number of different receivers from other GM cars (maybe other brands too?) I need to go out and look for some longer ones myself.

Thats what I was thinking. I figured any GM receiver from that eara should work.
