Wiper Door Rivets
Getting ready to replace all the rivets in the wiper door assembly. ZIP has a rivet and bushing kit, but wondering if there is a special tool needed. They are not the pop-rivet variety, and want to know if there is a special tool to set them or just whack them. It looks like the end is turned or flared a bit, and pretty consistent, so it looks like a setting tool of sorts was used. Any ideas?

I reworked my wiper door assembly a couple of years ago. I rented a special punch from Paragon Reproductions (800-882-4688) for this task. I forget the cost, if any, probably just a deposit. The punch slightly rolled the edge if I remember correctly. Fairly simple.
