Letting a friend use the vette for his daughter's homecomming parade.
I know the fiberglass can't take much weight- anyone ever let someone sit on the roof right behind the seat with the T-tops off?

...or do I make the 'lil girl stand up in the seat?

I use to do the "Parade" thing, but out of the three times the result was two burnt alternatosr and one overheating episode.

Who is driving? Friend driving with his daughter sitting on the car? I might be persuaded to do parade duty... (although I did promise my car "never again") IF the girl was pretty enough!! :lol: BUT, I would have to drive! No way would I let somebody else drive my vette, especially in a parade!

That would just be way too much to explain to my insurance company......
- Was she wearing a seatbelt?
........of course not! It was a parade! She was sitting on top of the car!

- Oh, I see.. well, did you accelerate excessively?

..... No, I didn't, i wasn't er... actually driving..... :(

His daughter is beautiful.....and only 17. Yeah, I am swapping it for his mini-van for the night. I think I'll go cruising for some ricers in it and see what trouble I can get into.
