My left hand outside mirror blew off at 80 mph; not the frame just the mirror. I just bought it from Ecklers less than a year ago. To my door a new one is $85.31.

When I ordered the new one, I requested a big discount, but really do not expect anything. It never hurts to ask though. :nonod:

OH6 cancell the order, the glass is available from AZ or Pep Kids....

glue in with RTV, never come out again....

Thanks Gene. Going to call Ecklers and tell them to forget it and check out the auto parts stores in the morning.

There was no reason for that thing to come out. I guess they were trying to save on glue. :rolleyes:

If you can't find it at an autoparts store check with auto-glass places. I just replaced on from Novus, luckily they had the right one in stock. It cost me about $25.00 and they glued it in for me.
I checked all the auto parts stores in my area and they pointed me to the auto glass places. I don't have Pep Boys anywhere near me, they seem to have a wider stock of that sort of thing than Autozone, Advance Auto, Napa or O'Rielly's.
