Default Simple '77 rear end lube question

What's the best way to change the 90w gear lube in the differential? I guess you have to use a syringe to pull the old out. Is there a better way? Thanks!

My wife just loved it when I used her turkey baster. The meal at thanksgiving has never been more tasty!

Take it for a ride to get the oil up to temperature and then suck it out.

I used a gas syphon, bought it at Wall Mart $ 4.00 I think, its pretty cheap made from plastic has a squeeze hand pump and some flexible hose. Drove the car first to heat it up a bit, then go to town. I cut off a small pce of the plastic hose to use when I put the new oil back in. You will find it is a bit difficult to get the bottles in at the right angle.

I bought a 12v oil pump from JC Whitney. Makes it easy.
