This company is second to none in customer service. I just received a thank you note in the mail from them. I know it's not much but they seem to go out of their way to satisfy their customers. They have a customer for life with me. I don't care if they charge double over their competitors. The thank you note also included a $25 discount coupon. :thumbs:

I had a whole bunch of dents and modifications on my headers and they called me to make sure that I wanted those there. I don't know if I'd deal with a double price hike, but I'm very satisfied with the product and service.

Now I know why they sent me a bil for $25 for recoating. I didn't pay it. They were suppose to be lifetime warranty. I guess this was a result of their Dynomax partnership break. :crazy: They still are great people and they did recoat my header in record time. :cheers:

I think they only offer a 3 year warrenty?
The local shop has lifetime, and is 1/2 the price.
Will try them out.

They have a 3 year warranty for used parts that they coat, and a lifetime warranty for new parts they coat.

Ask if they coat inside and out for that price. Jet-Hot warranty is 3 years for the coating and lifetime rust through warranty + the price is for inside and out coating. Jet-Hot started coating stuff for NASA and the military so their stuff is superior to most IMO. Beware of imitators.
