Is their any differance between a B/B air pump & a 81 S/B air pump.

Do they have emissions testing in your part of Australia? Are you concerned about originality? If the answer to both questions is no, just toss that thing in the dustbin...

In the late, late 70's(not exactly sure of the change)GM went to a slightly smaller "Metric" pump which I believe used it's own unique brackets and related hardware. Since this is'nt a high-demand restoration pump(yet, anyways), I've seen the whole kit for like $550 for '75-'82 Corvettes from various Corvette parts suppliers. You'll have to check on availability and exact cost from them.
